Welcome to Sidrería La Figal


The Asturian culinary tradition is rooted in this small restaurant in La Mancha.

The extensive recipe book imported from the Cantabrian region brings dishes to Cuenca such as chorizo in cider, fabada, and beans with scarlet shrimp, a specialty of La Figal.
